For teams leaving Delighted

Leave Delighted. Keep your history.

Delighted is sunsetting; your responses shouldn't retire with it. Export your data as CSV, import it in BeeNPS Settings, and your all-time NPS trend carries over — original timestamps intact, so March 2021 still reads as March 2021.

2,417 responses · 312 bees imported
Original timestamps preserved — earliest March 2021
Grouped into 41 hives by email domain
Idempotent — run it again, nothing duplicates
Your all-time trend picks up exactly where Delighted left off — no reset to zero.

The whole migration is one CSV

No API keys, no scripts, no losing the trend line.

STEP 1
Export from Delighted

Export your People and Responses as CSV from Delighted. That's everything you need from the old tool — scores, comments, dates, and tags all travel in that file.

People.csvResponses.csv
STEP 2
Import in Settings

Settings → Import from Delighted. Column mapping is automatic, and the import is idempotent — run it twice, nothing duplicates.

email → bee
score → nps score
comment → comment
created at → response date
name, tags → name, tags
STEP 3
Hives form themselves

Responses regroup by email domain — everyone @brightloop.co becomes the Brightloop hive. Accounts with history get an account-level score immediately; thin ones say Low signal instead of guessing.

Worth knowing before you switch

BeeNPS isn't a Delighted clone. The honest differences:

Account-level first
One score per customer company, not one number for the whole book. Coverage math runs per hive, and a hive without enough responses says “Low signal” — we’d rather admit that than overclaim.
Flat pricing
$49/mo with every feature included. No per-response pricing, so importing five years of history costs nothing extra.
Email, link & widget channels
Those are the three channels today. No SMS — if texting customers is core to your program, we’re not the right fit yet.

Your history is one CSV away
