Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms govern use of BeeNPS by the business that creates an account ("you"). By signing up or using the service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

BeeNPS lets you import contact lists, send NPS surveys, and view account-level scores and analytics. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially degrade the core service during a paid term without notice.

3. Your data and responsibilities

You retain all rights to the data you upload, including your customers' contact emails and their survey responses. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload those contacts and survey them, for honoring unsubscribe requests, and for complying with applicable email and privacy laws (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM). We process uploaded personal data only on your behalf and on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we delete it on request or on account closure.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no unsolicited bulk email unrelated to the NPS purpose of the service, no attempts to breach or probe the service's security, and no reselling the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

5. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, per the pricing published on our site. The 14-day free trial requires no commitment. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Confidentiality and security

We keep your non-public data confidential, use it only to provide the service, and protect it with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination we make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account owners by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Questions: hello@beenps.com.
