Setting a survey cadence

A cadence turns NPS from a quarterly scramble into a background process. Pick monthly, quarterly (recommended), every 6 months, or yearly — BeeNPS spreads the sends evenly across the window instead of blasting everyone at once.

The rules every send follows

Nobody is asked more than once a quarter. Anyone who responded in the last 30 days is skipped. Hives below their coverage target get priority, so trustworthy scores arrive where you need them first. One-off sends from the Send page never disturb the schedule.

Auto-resurvey

With auto-resurvey on (Settings), people who already answered are re-asked on a rolling 90-day schedule, keeping scores fresh. With it off, the cadence only reaches people who have never responded.
